The CNMV has confirmed that the MiCA transitional period will end on 30 June 2026<\/strong>. From 1 July 2026<\/strong>, only authorized crypto-asset service providers will be permitted to operate in Spain, marking a significant milestone in the implementation of the EU’s new regulatory framework.<\/p>\n
