Legal Node at ETHSofia during Blockchain Week Bulgaria
Last week, our legal partners, Alvaro Garrido Mesa and Ignacio Jiménez Guardiola, travelled to Sofia to represent Legal Node. During Blockchain Week Bulgaria, Alvaro joined at ETHSofia as a speaker for the panel discussion “Bridging TradFi and DeFi”, moderated by Candice Teo.
The conversation brought together two perspectives: what the law requires and what the system design needs, and focused on who bears responsibility when things go wrong.
For institutions moving on-chain, these are relevant matters that need to be considered from the outset, along with the technology implementation.
